Assessment enquiries
Aeropex, based in Toronto, receives enquiries about drone cleaning and aerial services through its site-assessment form, email, and phone. The online assessment form is provided by HubSpot.
Information you provide
The form requests contact details and information about your property or project, such as location, requested service, timing, and the desired outcome. Required fields are marked in the form. Please do not include sensitive personal information or details about occupants that are not needed to assess the request.
Intended use
We use enquiry information to respond, assess project fit, discuss a scope or quote, and coordinate requested services. An assessment request is not a request to subscribe to promotional emails. Any optional marketing choice should be considered separately from your service enquiry.
HubSpot and technical information
Submitting the embedded form sends your information to HubSpot for Aeropex to manage and review. Loading or using the form may also involve technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and cookies used by the provider. Information may be processed outside Canada. You can contact us by email or phone if you prefer not to use the embedded form.
Retention and your requests
Contact support@aeropex.ca to ask about the retention of your enquiry, request access or a correction, or request deletion or withdrawal of consent. Applicable legal or contractual requirements may affect what information can be deleted. Aeropex is finalizing its documented retention schedule; contact us for details relevant to your request.
